Behold my first homebrew monster for my homebrew campaign. I am using The Hag’s Abomination for an orphanage in Waterdeep next week but feel free to use it however you see fit.
The adventuring party has stumbled upon an abandoned orphanage. The orphanage contains a coven of hags. The Hags have conducted experiments on the children, which has resulted in the creation of an abomination. The abomination is a giant clump of pale faces and limbs.
